Lion mane dry ramen

Veggie overload but no complains. I found it average too, the noodles a little soggy. But the lion mane mushroom was good.

Noodles 🍜 are spicy and a bit too salty. Lion mane mushroom 🍄 is chewy and well-marinated.

The lion mane was rly juicy and really gave the dish a unique texture. There was good flavour but was too sweet for my liking. Think it would work better as a cold dish! #veganin2020

wanted shoyu soba but no more 😭 went for this instead and it was so addictive! #veganin2020

This was ok, not spectacular. Would want more lion mane mushrooms to justify the price, portion also isn’t huge.
