Lemon Rosemary Tofu Wrap

One of my absolute favourite dishes from Earth Café in Ubud! The wrap is very filling with the lemon rosemary tofu, and lots of grilled veggies. Comes with their own made sauce and sweet potato thick cut fries too. #crf

We ordered this to eat while in the vegan cinema (Paradiso). It’s baked tofu with lemon and rosemary, roasted vegetables, and walnut pesto. The taste is good but there was lots of stringy rosemary pieces that made it difficult to eat.
