I took a bite of this and it was good. Then I decided to warm it just a bit in the microwave before eating the rest and it was GOOD. 🤤 I’m super glad I decided to wait to have it at home with a microwave involved instead of in the car. The icing is incredibly lemony and refreshing. The texture of the cookie is spot on: perfectly soft just as this cookie should be. Will definitely tell my friends about this one! 🍋
