Grilled #eggplant , #sundriedtomatoes #ciabatta #rice #tomatosalsa, a mixture of #olives and #feta, and the 🌟 on the plate, #bulgercheese This was also a 👨‍🍳 choice for the day. It was a feast for the eye and so enjoyable. My favourite on the plate was obviously the #ciabata, but the eggplant was really delicious. 👨‍🍳 Bema came and explained that the burger cheese was made by him. It fermented for quite a few weeks, then got rolled into balls and covered with spices. We were so impressed that my husband bought more straight out of his batch from the kitchen. It is unique, full of flavour, and hope this becomes a regular dish. Who remembers Cloudy? I did a social post last year, May, when she came into Ashers still with the ambilical cord attached. My last 2 📸 is of this princess, fully grown and owning everywhere she moves, and she has more special privileges than the rest of the big animals. She goes where she wants. She is gorgeous 😍
