Le Menu Dégustation

Amazing combination of sweet potato cake with a sweet white chocolate sauce and a saffron gel on top. Absolutely worth it trying the degustation menu.

Here some of my favourite serves at la Belle Verte. I tried the menù degustation and it was surprising, don’t be afraid of the small portion of nouvelle cuisine because I can assure you’ll be full. The taste and ideas behind plates were interesting and it feels to experiment together with the Chef. I definitely recommend it!
