Lavender Lemon Cake

I made the mistake of not getting a picture of this in the display case before they removed the tray to pack my order for me ☹️ This was an amazingly delicious #cake that deserves a much better picture. The #lemon flavour was very present and made for a slightly dissonant experience as it was completely unexpected given the colour of the thing (#lavender at work 😉). On top were some #berrylover fodder, just for me 😋 The base was pleasantly crunchy and also #sweettooth friendly, what's not to like ☺️
