Large Pull-Apart Smothered Cauliflower

Sorry for this rough picture. It’s hard to take nice ones in a dark restaurant when you’re splitting food with hungry friends?? Anyway.. this was good! I prefer my cauliflower roasted longer but all the toppings were amazing 😻vegan cheese, salsa, coriander pesto, beet bacon, and garlic tahini sauce! I also got the vegan cheese burger but forgot to take a pic… also good!!
