LaGula Biiig Brekkie

I am so impressed with this dish, everything here is amazing, and their vegan recipes like for scrambled eggs tastes so good, chick peas are also a good alternative to baked beans 😀 Spinach is also a very good big brekkie item I hope other sets would utilize Love this restaurant, will return again for sure 😁

Oh my gosh this really is big 😵 Even between @m1tch9i and myself we could barely finish it! Makes the insane RM35 ask worth it, in my opinion 👏 I’m such a huge fan of the #bakedbeans — I mean #chickpeas 🫘 I just made some passata at home from some market tomatoes and I now know what I’m using it for! 🙌 Dining out is not just for #bestpicks like this restaurant, but for getting inspiration too 😋 Their #tofuscramble is so silky and soft you could just see @m1tch9i drooling all over it 🤣 The #mushrooms were also sautéed just perfectly 🍄‍🟫 and I could cry at the inclusion of spinach here 🤌 Every #bigbreakfast should have spinach! No excuses 😤 The #guacamole was kinda spiced, which at any other time I would’ve been okay with, but it was too early for so much flavour (especially after the #baked chickpeas) so I kinda ignored it 😴 12pm in the am on a Sunday is still #bloodymary and scones o’clock for me 💅

If you are happy to cough up RM35 for #breakfast, then this will leave you sated and likely quite happy with yourself ☺️ It's so big they put 2 additional i's in the name, which reminds me of how I took the piss in French class back in the day, when I thought some imparfait conjugations were ridiculous (I still do. I've studied 13 languages in my lifetime and only ever gone yuck at one of them 😬) Nothing imperfect about this. The #vegansausage was dry and #spicy, just the way I like them (though this order was my partner's and she unfortunately takes a different view 😐). The scrambled #tofu was excellent, just enough smokiness so it didn't make you go, "it's just tofu". The #mushrooms were fried in some delicious grease 😋 The #chickpeas in the middle were delicious but we couldn't quite work out what the flavour was 😅 A pot of #hummus, a chunky #hashbrown, and some #sourdough toast rounded off this #bigbreakfast ☺️
