Konjac Salmon Sashimi

First time try vegan salmon. So shock it taste like real salmon !

This was so good! My friends and I were pleasantly surprised by the appropriately fishy taste.

I’m gonna need the name of their supplier for this. It’s pretty realistic, my non-veg husband thought it tasted good. As it’s made of #konjac, it have a tiny bit of crunch to it, which isn’t a problem since the entire thing tasted like #salmon. #veganseafood #vegansushi #konjacseafood
