Kimbap

Wow I love this kimbap sushi 🍣 made from mostly whole foods! Very nicely flavoured savoury rice on its own. Soy sauce can make it too salty but the wasabi adds a really nice zing to it. It comes with a large chunk of carrot, veg ham, cucumber and yellow pickle, wrapped in delicious seaweed. I shared this plus the orh luak with a friend who's a small eater, so I got to eat more than half of each and was full. I don't think I'll be full eating this alone, I'd need something else to go with it.

We were greedy and ordered this as a side dish along with their orh luak and a main dish each. Interesting take on the #sushi style korean dish. Hmmm,nothing too spectacular about this tho. Very filling,lots of ingredient but perhaps too dry? Maybe it wld be nice if they hv some sort of vegan mayo in it? Good to be dipped with the soy sauce. Oh i left the wasabi out so maybe thts why its dry.

Love their kimbap! The selection of filling was really good. The non-meat luncheon “meat” was really good too. Could have been sliced a little thicker imo. #veganisnotscary #singapore
