Khao Soi

Delicious bowl of tofu Khao Soi! Noodles were half-crispy. Soup was tasty too. Enjoyed this!

Another day, another #khaosoi ☺️ This thing is amazing, it's super creamy (on account of the #coconutmilk), but also lightly tangy and #spicy. The best part is the half-serving of #crispynoodles that is placed atop the whole thing to slowly and unevenly soften up, what pure joy 🤤 This one comes with a healthy dose of #tofu and some raw #onion, as well as the half-serving of noodles that's actually cooked 😅 Not at all a stretch of the imagination to say that I come to Thailand just to eat this as much as I can THB120 on its own, or THB170 for the special lunch set including a drink of your choice 🙂 This place is almost a hole in the wall, with some funky seating options and a frontage that opens out onto, well, a street that's loud and busy 😏
