Khao Soi

One of the most perfect dishes! The broth is so wonderful and warming. It was always a great meal when sick or on a cold night. The cilantro and onion adds amazing zest and freshness to the soup. And of course their tofu is amazing as always. It's so sad to see such an incredible establishment leaving Northeast. My partner knows the the owners well, and was able to talk to one of them on the last night. He asked about getting this recipe and the owner said he'd be happy to share! #tofu #soup #thai

This was incredible, and so savory, perfect for a chilly night out at a brewery! The broth was so amazing and hearty, I'd highly recommend this dish! For me, it had the perfect amount of spice that gradually builds.vTo make this vegan, the egg noodle are replaced with rice noodles and fish oil is taken out. It's a little more expensive at $17, but it's a large portion that will last for two meals.
