Khandvi

This savoury Maharashtrian/Gujarati snack is something I’ve been wanting to try. Khandvi is a soft, spiced, and seasoned gram flour rolls. A unique of both sweet and spicy flavours in one bite. It comes with a garlic chutney. Traditionally it would’ve been made with yogurt/buttermilk. Their online menu has helpful vegan labels and delivered well.

Perfect and super tasty khandvi. The portion size is great. Goes very well with their green chutney. Must try! These are thin sheets of gram flour rolled and sautéed in mustard seeds. #veganisnotscary
