Khaau Soi

One of my fav dishes from Thai Vegan kitchen - although this is served at their new sister branch ‘noodle bars’ called Peace Kitchen! This was a large bowl of Khaau Soi - a northern Thai style curry based on vermicelli noodles soup in coconut milk topped with protein. I ordered it with their housemade chickpea tofu which is really nice and “different” kind of tofu.
