Made with 3-month marinated garlic, Kayo’s Ramen Bar fried rice is fried on a griddle,
teppanyaki style. This rice was very good, but I expected it to be a lot more garlic-y than it actually was. The portion was generous however, and it went great with my Japanese taco.
