JuJu's Jambalaya Chx Fried Seitan (Lemon-Pepper)

Big cubes of tofu seasoned and fried to crispy crunchy perfection. Came with two side choices. Nipsey Brussels sprouts and Sweet Potato fries complimented the dish well. Ate every crumb!

These 2 - 4oz densely flavored Seitan strips come as a entree with two sides. The two sides I ordered were JuJu's Fries and Super Greens. This will just be a review of the meaty (no animal) lemon pepper Chx Fried Seitan strips. I don't know how the owner does it, but the breading on these hefty strips is crispy and crunchy and not oil soggy. The lemon flavor is very strong giving some favorable citrus burning in your mouth. I only ate one strip because they are flavor potent and filling. The other strip I put in the refrigerator and ate it later in the day and it still had crispy breading (I ate this strip cold).
