Irish Stew and Dumplings with Colcannon

Visited “The Phoenix” on St. Patrick’s Day and this was the dish of the day. It was absolutely delicious; really tasty and the dumplings were perfect. My omni parents loved it to and there were three very clean plates once we’d finished 😋😋😋
