Overall a satisfying dish. The texture of chicken is soft, the spiciness of the chilli
is just right for me. I like the fragrance of the rice, also the softness of the rice - reminds me of the Melacca chicken rice ball.

Was told that the chicken was handmade and it was made out of soy. Appreciate
how healthy this is but will still prefer tofu skin!
