Indonesian Style Tempeh Lettuce Wrap

Wow this is amazing! I love the choice of sticky rice and the tamari glaze to make everything full of flavor. The side of coleslaw is the perfect addition. Highly recommend trying this lettuce wrap!

"Wok-seared tempeh coated in a sweet & savoury tamari glaze" Let that sink in. Tempeh, rice, cashews, scallions housed in lettuce, which isn't really a wrap so I was expecting something else but nbd. A side of coleslaw I just dumped in with the rest. I didn't know how to eat it bc I'm an imbecile who lacks fundamental problem solving but I made it work, in privacy of course.

This consisted of wok-seared tempeh bits coated in a sweet and savory tamari glaze served over a sticky rice patty. It was very flavorful and had a satisfyingly crunchy texture. Served with a small side of house slaw. (GF)
