Troppo condito per i miei gusti, chili di salsa e cipollotto. Ma il seitan era buonissimo, sembrava uno spezzatino

Miglior bao bun assaggiato, strepitoso: un'esplosione di sapori! Buonissimo il jackfruit con la pastella esterna molto croccante e morbidissimo dentro, poi perfetto l'accompagnamento soprattutto coleslaw e cipolla fritta... il tutto unito da una maionese vegana. Per non parlare del panino in sé, morbidissimo!

When you take a stroll through Albert Cuypmarket, don’t sleep on this Bao bun food stand. Although there is only one vegan option, made of slow-cooked pulled jackfruit, it is phenomenal. Quite large, so you only need one. The bun is fluffy, its interior ingredients provide a nice crunch, and the flavors are incredible. Contains Asian bbq sauce, coleslaw, spring onion, pickled cucumber, and fried onions. It tasted like there was some dried coconut in there, giving it a unique flavor. Highly recommend!
