Doing the impossible at Sun Ray cafe was a unique experience. Surrounded by furry friends in a cosy cafe atmosphere, the impossible patty tasted savoury, if a bit nutty. Made with a consistency similar to that of many high quality beef burgers, the impossible patty was juicy to the bite. The Sun Ray cafe were very facilitative too, taking out the buns (which had egg), cheese and mayo, and substituting it with a fruity salad mix to create a vegan delight.
