Ika Mayo

I did rather enjoy this, though more for the breading than for the #veganshrimp 😅 The texture was artificial enough that you'd know it wasn't real, and the girth was just a bit too much on the high side. The #veganmayo was amazing though, I'd gladly buy a litre of it for rainy days 😋

i believe these were meant to mimic fried shrimp - really tasty & fun appetiser to share with!
