Humus Rosa

Stellar! The menu description was: ‘Beetroot hummus dressed with almonds, pomegranate molasses, and olive oil’, however it came out with both almonds and cashews! Luckily I’m a huge fan of cashew nuts so I didn’t mind the inaccuracy of the menu description, though someone else might definitely. It was smooth, it was creamy, it was tasty, and it was a gorgeous purple-pink!
