Who can go wrong with tofu scramble? I had this on a cold day and it was the most comforting breakfast. The bread was toasted to perfection, the scramble had good texture and taste and was complemented by a delicious butternut purée.

Who csn say no to sourdough toast. Wonderful breakfast, loved the scrambled tofu, will eat is definatelly again. Me and my hubby always goes halfies on meals :-)
