Honey Pumpkin and Chestnut Salad with Vinaigrette

Vegan version available upon request as indicated on the menu. I really wanted to like this but the sauce was...odd. It was almost a little bitter? It's also really filling because pumpkin and chestnut are both high starch ingredients, and I prefer my salads to be lighter.
