love this dish so much. It’s steamed tofu with a lovely soy sauce and sesame oil, and topped with ginger, pepper and peppers and more. Seems simple enough but but it’s so good. comes in different sizes too, depending on how hungry you are. tasty enough on its own, and will pair with most everything else on their menu, it’s that good. #tofu #steamedtofu Vegetarian cafe part of a chain across Singapore. Plenty of vegan-friendly options across their very extensive menu, Items with dairy/egg are labeled, not other major allergens. Service is pretty fast and food is pretty generous. i love tofu :) the sauce was p g and theres even some minced "meat" scattered throughout which rlly reminds me of what my grandma cooks
