Holiday Roast

This seitan holiday roast is made in house at Yates CB. It tastes great, but the texture is a bit dense and uniform which leaves some room for improvement. It was not stuffed. Not a bad option if you want to buy local. The the large and it was is $27. It serves 6-8 people. #victoriabc #holidayroast #seitan

This year for #thanksliving we got our #holiday #roast from Trevor at Yates Coffee Bar. He’s such a nice guy, always remembers us and will chat when we go in and is always so open to our feedback. We got the smallest roast, since it was just for the 2 of us, but it was still enough for 2 nights of dinners for us. It was really tasty and couldn’t have been easier to prepare- just throw it into the oven and forget about it.
