Herbal lor mee

I have to confess that in my decades in SG, I had never tried Lor Mee. I’m not a big fan of mee noodles.

Braised noodles with none of the guilt (of having meat, shrimp paste, etc. or allergies) but so much of the wonderful flavours and textures. I got this originally because the store ran out of chicken rice, but I would get it again, for my fix of herbal tasting food.
