Happy Spicy Noodles

This noodle dish is so incredibly good that I craved it all the time even before I went vegan. Deeply flavourful and hearty, with a decent spice kick (which I appreciate). True to it's name, it's like a hug in a bowl. The only critique I'd have is the small veg portion; it'd be perfect if the veg amount/variety was increased and noodle portion decreased.

I chanced upon this plant based vegan japanese restaurant when i was in Penang. I was so impressed with their value for money, high quality ingredients as well as their philosophy of offering quality tasty affordable plant based food to the masses that I came back twice ! Guang the owner even offered me a complimentary vegetable hand roll on my first visit - so yummy! The noodle dish I had was with fresh white cabbage and a homemade mushroom spicy sauce - interesting! The homemade nutmeg drink , a speciality of Penang was refreshing. If i were to stay in Penang, this would def become my fave places ! Thanks Guang for the hospitality! X
