Happy Family Sushi Platter

Not a sushi expert here.. The rice in Inari Sushi was quite loose as it crumbled easily. The vinegar taste wasn't strong, hence the sushi taste is not really there. But overall it tastes very healthy and fresh. The vegan(eggless) mayo is awesome!!
