Handmade teriyaki Katsu Don

Pleasant dish but not a 100% on point. I could do with a little more greens. That lone stray leaf just didn’t cut it for me.

I think we had this, not too oily, though I prefer the seaweed one though. Good to try!

Fried 'tonkatsu' cutlet, coated in teriyaki sauce and vegan mayo. Very convincing and my omni friend was impressed! ($12.90)

This was quite a pleasing bowl! Love the lightly breaded and crisp teriyaki katsu - not too oily and jelak at all. #veganisnotscary
