Green Falafel Bowl

This was so beautiful and so much better than I expected! It’s a bit hard to find but once you’re there they have a couple of choices that are already vegan or can be #veganized. The falafel was super fresh and sitting on top of a bed of cauliflower and eggplant that were cooked perfectly. The beet spread and tahini were delicious and they even gave me some extra hummus to go with the dish. Won’t lie this place ain’t cheap but this was an awesome meal.

Delicious chickpea burgers and the beetroot dip on the side was so tasty!
