This is a tasty #sandwich with a nice variety of #veggies including #eggplant #zuchinni and
yellow #squash , #pesto aioli, #roasted #redpepper tomato, red #onion and #cashewcheese . Since they recently replaced their #beyondburger with a #homemade #veggiepatty , and since I’m a glutton, I added the burger patty to my sandwich as well. It went well altogether and was pretty satisfying, especially with the vegan #coleslaw side and the potatoes my son couldn’t finish and the desert I got afterwards. 😅 Anyway, this place is great, just wish they would go full vegan.
