Very light but still filling lunch option! It tastes really good and Holy Greens even has the option of swapping out the ingredients if you don’t fancy some of them, but I went for the original bowl :) The beetroot hummus and picked carrots worked so well together and I’d definitelly recommend! From Holy Greens website: Beetroot hummus, white quinoa, avocado, ginger pickled carrots, broccoli trees, cucumber, sunflower sprouts, roasted sunflower seeds and Basil-Lemon dressing.
