Gongura Pulihora

Gongura Pulihora is a South Indian rice dish made with red roselle leaves, also known as gongura leaves. It was my first time trying this and I loved the tangy-spicy flavours of this rice served with a crisp ragi papad and a mixed vegetable curry.
