“Chili-roasted baby carrots, served over a rich vadouvan sauce; topped with cilantro gremolata, lime crema,
seed crunch & fresh herbs.” This seemed like such a a gourmet plate! I absolutely love how much the carrots were cooked (almost blackened) and they were so soft on the inside. The lime cream and crunchy nuts (pistachios I think) totally made it. It was filling but not heavy at all. So many flavors!
