Gigi's Tofu 'Fry Up"

Grilled marinated firm tofu, grains w/greens, tomato 'smoor', avocado, roast sweet potato, silken tofu 'egg scram', sprouts & rye toast. More is not always better... Too many elements on one plate. I enjoyed the tofu two-ways, the avo & rye toast. The sweet potato didn't work. There was also a portion of the same chickpea stew I'd had the evening before for supper on the plate, with rice 👀 Complimentary breakfast with your stay that includes coffee & juice and also a mini croissant with condiments. Priced at R100 on their menu.
