Gaeng Madsamam curry with shitake

Really flavourful Madsamam coconut curry with potatoes and dried shitake stems. The mushrooms had a great meaty texture and the gravy is just awesome. Tons of umami and very creamy. Comes with riceberry. Highly recommended and the restaurant has a friendly dog so plus points for that! #thai #supportlocal #vegan
