So, originally when we looked at the menu we saw they were serving Smoked Scrambled Tofu as part of the Vegan Breakfast. However, a couple minutes after ordering, they informed us that sadly the Vegan Breakfast is not usually popular and subsequently have stopped serving that as part of the dish which was gutting.
However the additional veg which we were provided to make up for that was sublime.
I was unsure initially by the Vegan Haggis, the appearance is definitely unusual, however, I would really recommend trying it. I was pleasantly surprised at the fact I enjoyed it.
Sausages were perfectly cooked. Hash brown was probably the showstopper.
