Late review of one of the first dish I had in Singapore: Din Tai Fung’s fried rice with vegetables. Didn’t think of taking a proper photo though. Simple yet tasteful and nourishing meal. The veggies-rice ratio was great and I remember thinking it was just the right amount of oily (hate it when my food is kinda soaked in oil like it sometimes happen in food courts). My (non-vegan) friends also mentioned that it was really good and she that they would have this again over the restaurant’s fried rice with eggs! 😊
