Too fried — stay away if you can’t tolerate oil.
Taste:
The patty and fries were excessively greasy. The caramelised onions at the bottom layer, where the patty sat after 15 minutes, turned overly oily and unappetising. The oil from the patty soaked into the bun, resulting in an unpleasant taste. You end up feeling overwhelmed — or as Singaporeans say, jelak — due to the oiliness rather than feeling satisfied or full.
The fries were also too oily compared to those from other places. On the bright side, they let you add your own salt and pepper to compensate.
The patty’s flavour, on its own, was passable — but honestly, it tasted like something you could just pop into the oven from FairPrice.
You can hardly taste the avocado because the oiliness overpowers the spread. The onions tasted decent and somewhat salvaged the toppings.
Easy to Eat?
Not really. But if you google it, you’ll find they describe it as the average size of a portobello burger. They’re aware of this and serve it with cutlery 🍴 for you to dig in, unlike your typical fast-food style.

If you’re craving a portobello burger, just go to VeganBurg — unless you specifically want good coffee or cocoa at this place.
