Tofu had a delicious tender inside and seaweed on the bottom on bok Choi. Sauces (plum and some kind of soy sauce or hoisin) came separately which was great to keep everything crispy. Really enjoyed the variety which had 2 crispy soy nuggets (my favourite of all of these sides, a crispy flakey spring roll. The veggie har-gow ( the transparent wrapped dumpling) wasn’t as good as the usual ones with shrimp as they have a few mushrooms in it. The veggie sao mai was pretty good and had a nice crunch with water chestnuts. Wonton soup was a bit salty but flavourful with even some bits of protein in the soup that that was a nice detail. The rice, while not purple as advertised had a crispy topping that reminded me of pork floss
