Formaggio Vegan a base di mandorle

🇮🇹 finalmente sono riuscita a passare da Comemos e provare il formaggio a base mandorle autoprodotto da Victoria. Fantastico! Buonissimo il sapore e la consistenza, mi ha sorpreso visto che non è fermentato. Inutile specificare che è stato divorato velocemente 😅 🇬🇧 Finally I managed to check out Comemos and buy the almond based Vegan Cheese homemade by Victoria. Delicious and very pleasant in the consistency (not fermented). Useless to add that, once at home, it disappeared pretty quickly 😅
