Fogwood burger

All I can say is YUM. Fogwood and Fig, located in Port Jervis, is an amazing all vegan restaurant that serves up both savory and sweet treats. With a rotating special list, this classic burger paired with their signature potato salad is a MUST TRY if you are visiting for the first time. Their hosuemade patty is an unctuous and meaty mouthful + I love that they add dill to their potato salad.

I have vivid dreams of this vegan burger. Not fair to have food haunt your dreams like that.

This is the only vegan restaurant in an 80 mile radius from me but that doesn’t even matter because the food was so good that I don’t need any other restaurants.
