This sandwich was just what I needed! We were going to a concert later that day and I had “pre-show nerves” and carefully ordered my food based on that. The tempeh on the sandwich was perfectly marinated and didn’t hit my stomach like a brick. The ciabatta bun was fresh and bouncy. The waitstaff here was efficient and the menu was seemingly endless! It made me sad that we were just visiting the area for that weekend because I’d love to go back and work my through that menu!
