Fishless Steam Hongkong

Another #spicy dish we had in #Batam City! I have fond memories of this restaurant, mainly because it used to be called O’Bean, a franchise of the Singaporean restaurant. O’Bean disappeared because it’s owner and founder had sadly passed away, and out of respect, their franchises changed their names (except the kiosk in Ang Mo Kio). Anyway, back to this #fishless dish. It’s mildly sweet and flavourful but it wasn’t #umami enough. The ‘fish’ was #flaky and yummy nonetheless. Finished it clean. #veganfish
