Fish sandwich (and Fries)

First thing’s first, I love these fries. They’re thick and flavorful. Crunch on the outside, chewy on the inside. Well seasoned and not overly-salted. The sandwich was delicious. The “fish” was flaky and not overly “fishy” tasting. The ingredients were, as always, fresh.
