Falafels generously drizzled with tahini, sumac, and almond slices, on a bed of pickled radish,
garlic, pickled cucumber, fresh tomato slice, and coriander.
Finally, some decent sized falafels in Seville! These two were massive and filling. They were hot with a wonderfully crispy thin crust. The tahini was not bitter either and all the vegetables went so well together. Wonderful.
