Farinata

I had a selection of focaccia (artichoke/pesto) and a slice of farinata at Life’s a Peach in Utrecht and all I can say is wow! Everything was so tasty. The pesto focaccia was topped with an incredible vegan mozzarella so I would highly recommend getting that one. The farinata was the winner for me. The place was also lovely and on a very beautiful street. The team there were also very kind. #netherlands

#farinata is a typical savory Italian snack and it’s naturally vegan! The base is chickpea flower, water and olive oil, making it traditionally #glutenfree! This one is topped with various veggies and then kinda reminds me of a quiche! It’s super simply yet so yummy
