Falafel Bowl

Takeaway of crispy toasted falafel, roast veg, possibly the most delicious fried seasoned oyster mushrooms, sauerkraut, and avo. The oyster mushroom was the star tbh - it was so masterfully prepared and 'meaty'. However, the avo was of a strange mushy ripeness stage and thickly cut, and the tabbouleh component was missing 😵‍💫. #falafel #oystermushroom
